Q. Plant-based, plant-forward or plant curious?

A. Plant-forward. I eat a well-rounded diet with a big focus on fruits and vegetables.

Q. Best tip to optimize your health?

A. Hydrate and eat your veggies!

Q. Why do you choose to eat a lot of plants?

A. The nutrition and energy they provide is unmatched. I love the flavors, textures, seasonality, and vast variety of ways to enjoy them. They make me feel awesome.

Q. What is your favorite plant-based meal to serve at a dinner party?

A. I make a mean salad. Never boring, always with seasonal ingredients, fresh herbs, a toasted nut or seed and a homemade dressing even skeptics enjoy. There is no recipe except use what’s in season and make it colorful.

Q. What’s your favorite wholier formula?

A. The Multi for Plant-Based People. It’s portable, effective and efficient at filling any nutritional gaps I might have.
