How does the Multi for Vegans subscription work?
The Multi for Vegans is the easiest way to get the essential nutrients you need to support your vegan, vegetarian or mostly plant-based lifestyle. By signing up for the subscription, we’ll send you a bottle of multivitamins each month so you don’t ever have to worry about running out. Shipping is free always. You can adjust, skip or cancel your plan at anytime in your Account management page. Your happiness is our guarantee!
Can I just order one month’s worth and not subscribe?
If you want to order just one bottle of the Multi for Vegans, email us after placing your first order and we will pause your account. Then you won’t receive future shipments. If you want to reactivate your account in the future just email us at hello@holierlife.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your first shipment usually arrives within 3-5 business days. You can track all shipments on your Account Page. Recurring shipments are determined based on your sign-up date. Your following orders will be shipped 28 days after the date your last order was charged.
Where did the name holier come from?
The veganish community is sometimes called “holier-than-thou” because of the perceived moral ground. The truth is, we’re no better than anyone else - we just want to live our lives with passion, purpose and conviction. We strive to live a holier life. We’re here to help.

Subscription

If I sign up for the subscription, will it renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically and a new shipment will be sent out every 28 days. You can adjust, skip or cancel your subscription by logging into your account.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not totally obsessed with the Multi for Vegans on your first order, we’ll refund you in full. Just shoot us a note at hello@holierlife.com and we’ll coordinate the refund.
How can I cancel my first order?
You may cancel your first order by sending an email to hello@holierlife.com as soon as possible after you’ve made the purchase. We ship out orders on the same day (we’re speedy like that!), so the sooner you contact us the better.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your recurring subscription, sign into your account, go to the Subscriptions tab, and click Cancel next to the Multi for Vegans.
How do I change the delivery schedule?
You can adjust or skip upcoming deliveries by logging into your account and going to the Delivery Schedule section. From there, you can choose to skip a delivery or edit a delivery date.

Is the Multi for men and women?
Yes, the Multi was developed for both men and women following vegan, vegetarian or predominantly plant-based diets.
Where is the Multi for Vegans made?
We manufacture the Multi for Vegans in the U.S. with top quality ingredients sourced from around the world.
How do you choose your ingredients?
The ingredients in the multivitamin were identified in collaboration with nutritionists, doctors and scientists. We reviewed hundreds of studies on nutrient deficiencies in vegan and vegetarian populations to determine the most important vitamins and minerals to include in our daily multivitamin. That’s how we came up with the 8 essential ingredients found in our no-nausea, delayed-release, beadlet-and-oil capsule.
Is your the Multi for Vegans totally vegan?
Yes. 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Always and forever.
Is the Multi for Vegans certified vegan?
We’re almost there! Multi for Vegans is currently in the process of receiving vegan certification - we’ll let you know the moment it happens!
Can I take the Multi for Vegans if I’m a vegetarian?
The Multi for Vegans is intended for vegans, vegetarians and mostly plant-based lifestyles. Our formula was designed based on hundreds of studies regarding nutrient deficiencies in vegan and vegetarian populations, so it is suitable for those diets.
Can I take the Multi for Vegans if I eat meat occasionally, but am “mostly” vegan or vegetarian?
Yes, the multivitamin is formulated for vegans, vegetarians and those who live a predominantly plant-based lifestyle.
How large are the capsules?
We use size 0 capsules, which are slightly longer than a dime.
Why are the beadlets green?
We color our beadlets with an all-natural, vegan spirulina.
What is the tab in the bottle?
Your bottle includes a food-grade, all-natural tab infused with a citrus aroma. This helps counter the natural smells and tastes of the 8 nutrients for a yummier vitamin experience.
Is the Multi for Vegans non-GMO?
Yes, the ingredients we use in the multivitamin are all non-GMO.
What testing do you do on the Multi for Vegans?
We take the quality of our multivitamin super-seriously. Each batch of the Multi is tested three times during the manufacturing process: the ingredients, the beadlets, and the finished capsule. These tests confirm three things: what’s on the label is in the capsules, the capsules are safe based on toxicology reports, and there are no contaminants or undeclared ingredients in the capsules. We test our multivitamin in agreement with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure strength, identity, purity, and composition of the capsules.
Does the Multi for Vegans contain any allergens?
No, the multivitamin does not contain any dairy (hellooo, we’re vegan!), gluten, nuts, or soy.
How should I take the Multi for Vegans?
Take two pills at anytime of day, with or without food.
What should I do if I miss a day (or two)?
Don’t sweat it, and don’t double dose in one day to make up for the missed round. Just start taking your two-a-day regularly again once you remember.
Is the bottle recyclable?
Yes, we use a BPA-Free bottle which is recyclable in most curbside recycling programs. FYI, we’re working to develop a plastic-free solution for the multivitamin this year.

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses and PO boxes in all 50 U.S. States.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't currently ship internationally, but we’re working on making it happen.
How can I track my order?
Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, you can request your tracking information by emailing us at hello@holierlife.com.

Is the shipping packaging recyclable?
Yes, it is. However it has to be dropped off at a specialty center that can process plastic bags (most curbside programs do not accept this type of plastic). We’re working hard to develop packaging that is more sustainable and better aligned with our values and yours - stay tuned!

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after your initial purchase and every 28 days after that, unless you skip or cancel your subscription.
